I'm trying to look up the dismissed rating in the database, and can't find it.
Was it deleted manually? Dismissing the rating via an abuse report resolution is supposed to keep it with a REJECTED status, not delete it.

When I resolved there was 403 error thrown, then Anna fixed it and when I refreshed notification, abuse report and rating were all gone

ok, found the log entry, it was deleted by @pablovazquez at 20:10 CEST yesterday

and I can also see the cascaded deletion for the abuse report - this likely means that the rating was deleted right before the abuse report was resolved, because otherwise the score would have been recomputed

I'll add the missing logic to recompute the score on rating delete as well
