由用户提交拓展需求，让有意愿的开发者为其制作该拓展，可以悬赏积分，或某种奖励机制，甚至是捐赠。
目前的缺少一个用户先行的区域，由用户主动提出痛点，其他相同需求的用户可以参与完善拓展的需求，再给到开发者进行制作。
