Well, I hate to say this because of course my beautiful add-on totally deserves the perfect 5.0 and everyone who gave it a lower rating is a DONKEY, but alas. https://extensions.blender.org/add-ons/viewport-pie-menus/reviews/

This add-on has plenty of lower ratings, but it still shows up as a perfect 5.0. Maybe it's intended, showing a median instead of a mean, or something that my high school maths brain can't keep up with, but I thought I'd report it in case it's just a bug.
