Hi,
The title thumbnail on my extension is displayed incorrectly after having it disabled due to policy issues and reenabling it after fixing the issues.

Exact steps that lead to the issue:

  1. I uploaded by extension and everything worked fine
  2. The extension was disabled by a moderator because of issues regarding the content of the main thumbnail
  3. I deleted the thumbnail and uploaded the new one
  4. The moderator reactivated the extension
  5. The wrong thumbnail is now displayed on the extensions main site
