[Bug] VAT calculations are incorrect #90408

The VAT calculation in the new system is wrong.

The system now takes the VAT% from the total price of the subscription.
The system thinks that 9,90 is 100% and must take 21% from that = 2,08
But 9,90 is 121% and that means that the VAT is 1,72 ex. VAT 8,18

So if someone from Germany (VAT 19%) buy a cloud subscription for 9,90
Than 9,90 is 119% and the VAT is 1,58 ex VAT 8,32

For France it is
9,90 is 120% the VAT is 1,65 ex. VAT 8,25
