Nope, it doesn't work. But my setup could be incorrect, I remember this working some time ago. Works for face/vert selection though.
@CosmoMidias Thanks for checking. Windows report would be great, because Linux hides symbols, so it's not very readable.
Probably not, only GPU overclocking seems to cause this issue. Error seems to be similar to #112843. Without .blend file there is not much we can do though. Perhaps you can simplify rendering…
@Zayno-Lane Then You should comment in that report, or create new one. It has nothing to do with this issue. Also macOS 17.3.1 is not a thing? Perhaps it's typo?
I did have quite different issue with RTX3060 on Windows, that it would render 1px of left screen in the right screen. But this was OS-wide issue. Still would check running system with only 1…
Enabling x-ray with 0.999999 opacity effectively fixes this issue, so I would assume, that this is fixable. Though there were number of reports about outline issues in past, that this could cause…
Either this is broken in 4.4 or "I give up, I don't know how to select bones :("
That indeed seems wonky, but I have no idea how this works in general. @angavrilov can you check?
Can you provide more info? Like what exact slider this is, and how to reproduce this? Perhaps video recording would be more descriptive in this case.
I get use after free when merging layers.

Can you upload .blend file anyway? Also perhaps make video recording how this happens.
CC @iss Do you have a Vega GPU to test on Windows?
Yes, this time I had bunch of cat medicine on laptop so it took me some time :/
With 4700U / Vega 7 I wasn't able to reproduce this…
Probably best would be to ask @Mysteryem (seems most active in that area), what he thinks about the issue and proposed solution.
But the video shows you doing render, not material preview. This report is missing GPU info. I assume, that you don't have dedicated GPU, only 4800H listed in task manager. which is Vega 7…
@Yichen-Ding Please make new report since this is marked as resolved
