Nope, it doesn't work. But my setup could be incorrect, I remember this working some time ago. Works for face/vert selection though.

Probably not, only GPU overclocking seems to cause this issue. Error seems to be similar to #112843. Without .blend file there is not much we can do though. Perhaps you can simplify rendering…

Rigify generates rig with twisted bendy bones.

Objects become vertically blurred during playback if an object with an Armature modifier is deleted.

Can you upload .blend file anyway? Also perhaps make video recording how this happens.

Yes, this time I had bunch of cat medicine on laptop so it took me some time :/

With 4700U / Vega 7 I wasn't able to reproduce this…

Cycles: Material preview still uses CPU when GPU is enabled

But the video shows you doing render, not material preview. This report is missing GPU info. I assume, that you don't have dedicated GPU, only 4800H listed in task manager. which is Vega 7…
