Nodes: Group input subtype "Angle" max values are in radians, but the default implies degrees.

This is not a bug and I would just close this report. But it seems that it really makes sense to specify not only the subtype of the value, but also its limits? @HooglyBoogly

I have a strong suspicion that this is caused by the screen resolution. I think you need to ask to check those who have a similar setup.
