Short description of error
In the example file provided on devtalk, the Blinn Phong output in the Shading Modles example breaks when entering Orthographic view. Every other model seems to be working fine.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Download node groups from https://devtalk.blender.org/t/eevee-npr-prototype-feedback/37098/98, Select the third object from the left and change Shading Models node to use Blinn Phong instead of Lambert, then switch to orthographic view in the 3D viewport.

This is an issue with the Camera Data > View Vector node.
Its behavior is inconsistent between perspective and orthographic mode.
I might be able to figure out workaround for the node groups, but ideally this should be solved from the Camera Data node itself (the tricky part is not breaking backwards compatibility with old files).
