Reported by @Riks the operator Update Frame Range sometime returns invalid results in animation files. Issues requires further investigation.

Issue can be found in
020_0010 and 020_0050 of pets project

There is a property being set kitsu_frame_start that is incorrect if the strip has frame_offset_start != 0

Looking into where is is being set now...
