Cleanup Action Names doesn't always clean-up actions #56

ISSUE

Animation files have empty actions that are polluting the file, correct actions don't have correct names.

in 50_20 seems like the actions that have the animation are with the char
and the other empty not
the problem is the naming is not the correct one
incase of the rocket in that 50_20, the one that has the animation is the v001.001 instead of the v001
what im doing is taking out the fake user on the actions im not gonna use
and when they hacve the 0 in front, next time u open they are gone
and later run the kitsu check action names addon and they get auto rename propely if needed

they look like empty actions
no data on them

I was talking to met
and he point out about when it get fixed if u run the script globally could kill actions that they are there on purpose
not being worked by animators
