Rain - NLA Animation not working upon reload #104339

I've downloaded the Rain Rig V2.4 for some animation practice in Blender 3.6. I ran into an error where the NLA Action Strip doesn't play.
Link in the Rain Rig into a file.
Create Library Override.
Create an action with fake user, then click the Push Down button on the action editor
Save the file, then reload it.

It seems the created animation doesn't play now.

Sorry for not getting a response. The NLA is pretty much a deprecated part of Blender, so I won't investigate this. Animation Layers are coming very soon, and in the meantime, just don't use the NLA.
