Missing arm rig #104344

As I am going through the tutorial on rigging in the inverse kinematics video there is suppose to be an arm rig but I do not have one in my folder as stated in the video. please help I have included the zip file. Also the sky rig wasn't separate and the one in the zip file has a scarf on and it's clear that a rig has been generated already. I have included the ZIP FILE BELOW
