Good Day:

PLEASE HELP! I have tried to get this to work, and I even tried submitting a ticket but was told I did it in the wrong location.

Blender 4.0.2 MAC Mini M2 Pro WILL NOT Work with Blender Cloud Add-On.

Hi,

The Blender Cloud add-on is long abandoned and no longer distributed. This wasn't clear for a while, but is now indicated on the old "Services" page, which I think isn't accessible from any modern part of the website, only very old things might still point at it: https://studio.blender.org/services/
