I've been trying different methods, but doesn't matter how I just can't open 4.0.2 installer as the error message "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package"

Hi, I'll close this as it is not related to Blender Studio, but related to Blender so it should be reported there https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues (or perhaps try if it still happens with Blender 4.1)
