Short description of error
When linking collections into a file and moving/rotating/scaling the instances of that collection, the file freezes for a few seconds or longer, likely relative to how many objects are in the linked collections.

To test this you can link any of the tree or plant "GRP" collections in the Spring SVN in /spring/lib/envs/

With the full tree assets this completely freezes Blender while the small plants only temporarily freezes Blender for a couple of seconds.
