Short description of error
When sculpting on an object with a multires modifier, on a lower subdivision level than the highest, the changes are not properly interpolated to the higher subdivision levels.
The same thing ins happening when using the operation "Apply Base".
There seems to be a general issue with applying changes on lower subdivision levels to higher ones.
