Delete Branch "%!s()"

Short description of error
When going into the "View" menu and making a " Viewport Render Image" or " Viewport Render Animation" while usng Eevee rendering or the Material Preview mode, it won't sample the result even if the render settings specify to use sampling for the viewport.

I can confirm.
You can easily notice in the shadows.
Both Eevee and Cycles have problems with Viewport Render.

Why low priority? this is the main thing of eevee - renderspeed, and when you rendering animation via F12 - blender exports scene every frame and it takes ages for many frames. (6000 for example)
I agree, for some people, this is the only way they can render their scene cause it crashes for a normal render.
