I haven't been to blender cloud for some time, so not sure how long this has existed.
There are icons or possibly unicode chars being used that are not available to my copy of firefox. This is not unique to blender cloud, some parts of google have this same issue.
Looking into a way to provide a consistent visual experience would be a good idea. As I expect this is use of unicode chars, providing a url to a font containing the chars used should work.
I am running FreeBSD 13, and firefox 88.0.1

Changed status from 'Needs Triage' to: 'Confirmed'
Hi @sambler - it looks as though you're browser is failing to load the material icons, we use the Google hosted version of this currently but there is no reason we can't host this ourselves. Will fix when I'm back in the office on Monday. In the meantime try clearing your cache and reloading.
@sambler as a side note, you may want to check what adblockers or firewalls you have as they seem to be blocking some essential Google files and services.
I tried with all adblock and privacy bits turned off and got the same result.
While the network manager shows a script from googletagmanager.com being blocked, allowing that made no difference.
There is an item
https://fonts.googleapis.com/icon?family=Material+Icons
that shows as loaded, I wonder if it is proper utf8 support that is lacking.Changed status from 'Confirmed' to: 'Resolved'
