Clicking Download button for assets only downloads the html page #92163

When clicking on the Download button for any of the three assets under Course: Blender Motion Graphics > Source Files, the pop up window tells me that I am downloading an html file. The button says that the assets are 300 MB or over a 1 GB but this isn't what is downloaded.
