Hey @AdamMorris - I'm unable to recreate that experience on Firefox on Linux. Can you try this link and also try hard refreshing to clear your cache (ctrl + f5) and let me know if the issue persists.

If it still isn't working, could you take a look in the web developer console (How To ) and let me know if there is anything there?

The video at the link worked. Other videos aren't working though, even after clearing the cache. Here's the console log output:
Could you link me the training videos that explicitly aren't working?
Other than the videos in the Simon Thommes course, every video I click on isn't working. Even after clearing the cache. Here are a few random examples:

There were some connectivity problems with the CDN hosting the videos around the time this was reported.
@AdamMorris are the videos working now, or is the issue still present?
Hi Anna, I just tried another random selection of content and no unfortunately the issue still persists for any video I click on.
That's very unfortunate. I've just tried to reproduce the issue again, this time with a freshly updated Firefox 93 and Chromium: I am unable to reproduce the problem, with or without my usual set of browser addons.
Is it possible there are some browser addons that are causing this? Do you have the same issue in Chromium/Chrome?
Hi Anna, I've just found the culprit! It was an addon called DF YouTube (Distraction Free), after disabling that the videos now play back without issue. Much appreciated :)
