Can not open a lot of files and videos #92611

I am new in Blender Cloud and probably I am doing something wrong.
There are a lot of files, videos, assets that I can not open, like the screen that I upload.

Can you help me please?

@Juan-Pedro-Lopez Thank you for joining Blender Studio! Don't worry, you are certainly not doing anything wrong, but I'm not sure I understand what's exactly not working on that screenshot, so I'll need a bit more details to help.

On that screenshot, are you unable to open the assets inside Characters? For example, here's a direct link to one of the assets there: https://studio.blender.org/films/settlers/5e8f16fd9e1df355918c30e9/?asset=2564
Can you see the asset at that link?

Or are you unable to open the Environments collection there?

Thank you very much for your quick answer.
It seams that the problem is with the Safari navigator in the MAC. Its like it was freeze in some old web page not updating for the new subscribed status, despite I erased the cache, historial, etc. I tried with Chrome navigator and it works correctly.

I am going to study what happened with Safari.
For me the issue is closed.
