Hi I’m on Mac OS high Sierra 13.6.3 recent update downloaded
I’m using blender 2.92.3
I installed blender cloud add on from the ZIP file and activated. I rendered my cow bull 3d model with the camera and went to the image menu

I clicked “share image on blender cloud”.

In red letters below my viewport it reads “Please log in on blender id first”

I logged in to blender studio on the safari browser (is that it?)

Went back to blender and found the same message.

When I went to image—>”get image from blender cloud” I got a complicated error message about my file path so maybe that is my problem the message read :

Python: Traceback (most recent call last)
File “/users/mosstoe/Library/Application Support/Blender/2.571C9AE6-2E92-4AE7-A3B6-D3BBEC8E71C1.jpeg

bpy.ops.screen.screen_full_area(use_hide_panels=true)
File”/Applications/Blender.app/Contents/Resources/2.93/scripts/modules/bpy/ops.py”, line 132, in_call

ret = _op_call(self.idname_idname_py().None.kw)
RuntimeError: Operator bpy.ops.screen.screen_full_area.poll()failed, context is incorrect

Hi @mosstoes !

Apologies for a delayed response.

First of all, I'd suggest downloading the LTS version of Blender 2.9 from here: https://www.blender.org/download/lts/ . There were a few issues with Blender Cloud Add-on that might have been fixed in Blender 2.93 LTS.

In red letters below my viewport it reads “Please log in on blender id first”
I logged in to blender studio on the safari browser (is that it?)

What it means to say is that you have to login with your Blender ID in Blender itself, not your browser.
This is done with a Blender ID add-on, it can be found in Preferences -> Add-ons -> type "blender id" in the 🔎 search bar -> Blender ID authentication:

After "Login" button is clicked and login is successful, it should look similar to this:

It's possible that the cryptic error will be gone after you update your Blender and log in via Blender ID add-on in it, otherwise let me know -- I'd have to investigate further.

Cheers!
