Quite often there's a need to batch-upload assets to Studio (e.g. SF edits), or automate updating of a specific asset (e.g. source downloads in Pipeline and Tools documentation).

Would be great to have an API for

batch uploading [large] files as static assets (using direct S3 upload);
assigning them to various other objects, such as collections and training sections.
