When Blender crashes, it writes a crash log file, then outputs a line like this:

Writing: /tmp/020_0010.lighting.flamenco.crash.txt

Flamenco could detect the line, and when Blender exits with a non-zero status code, read the file and output it to the task log. That way the crash log is accessible from the Manager's interface.
