Flamenco Version
Is Broken: 3.4
Worked OK: 3.4

I'm attaching below the error message that poped up.
First time I used Flamenco it rendered perfectly, this new scene however can't fire up.

Open Flamenco Manager (Admin)
Open Flamenco Worker (Admin)
Open Blender (Non-Admin)
Submit to Flamenco.
Error Message.

Do not run Flamenco as admin. It is not necessary, and can cause various issues (including security issues).

The steps to reproduce this issue aren't sufficient, though. If these steps were enough, then nobody would be able to use Flamenco at all. Please investigate further, to see if you can find the root cause (some cases might work, others might not, see what you can find).
