Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
When starting up, a Worker will try and sign on at the Manager. If this fails (for example because the Manager is momentarily down for maintenance) it will keep retrying. However, when it hasn't been able to register at the Manager, it currently doesn't retry and simply shuts down -- this should be adjusted to keep retrying until the Manager responds. It is ok to still shut down if the Manager denies the registration.
