When a render job is producing frames that will result in a video, occasionally that video should be rendered as preview, with missing frames shown in black. While the job is running, this video then should loop on the web interface, showing less and less black frames.

It's probably a good idea to not make the missing frames entirely black, but show something like the frame number, so that at least playback progress is clear.

This can be implemented as a more complex version of the simple-blender-render job, where every X render tasks a video-preview task is inserted.
