Grease Pencil Library
Right now, gPencil library it's a part of Quick Pack panel.
I'm not finish idea of this, so I wanna upgrade this library.
How to use this library
You need create every parts of the character in different object, then select one part, go to draw mode, and in Quick Pack panel, you can find a Grease Pencil Library.
Now you need open them, and press on the + button.
So ... you created a new library for this object, now you can add many frames in this library by pressing another + button.
Then you can load by pressing Load Item.
How to connect library to the bones
If you want to connect this library to the bone, in first you need copy ID name of this gpencil object, by pressing on button, beside of the title.
Then go to the bones, switch to the pose mode, and there you can find gpencil panel, push connect button, and paste ID name.
And now your bone connected to the gpencil library, and you can animate bone and switch keyframe of the gpencil.
