UI: Collection picker dialogue from 'Add > Collection Instance' is missing important information

Can I just add something? Not sure if this warrants an issue, but why do Collection picker dialogues use 'L' and 'O', and Object picker dialogues use the icons for overrides?

Ctrl-clicking in Outliner to toggle selection has an unresponsive delay/speed limit

Selecting different items with Ctrl-click has no limit, but re-selecting the same item that was just deselected has the limit.

'Drop Object to Scene' in Outliner Scene display mode doesn't update correctly

And as a bonus minor UI bug, the background of the Scene label does not darken like other drag-and-drop targets, such as collections or other objects.
