Curves: add Curve Parameter Falloff to comb brush

looks good! I suggest to use a linear curve as the default since it could more intuitively convey the mapping of the curve (left is root, right is tip) this way.

This indeed feels much better, even just a linear falloff is a big improvement! :) I could see this being useful for smooth, pinch and puff as well.

Improve visualisation and manipulation of lights in the viewport

Hey, super cool to see this progressing :) This was my mockup for the angle widget/visualization. This resembles the old "hemi" light from blender internal a bit, so I'm not sure how accurate it…
