This is expected. geometry nodes is based on geometry. all data is loaded on vertices, edges, faces or face corner. without enough topology the data can't be shown.

Actually is the same image but in render.... No change between Viewport and render🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ We have no change, and the liasing are still visible and more when you have some…
