VSE "Delete Retiming Keys" option deletes sequencer strips

I made a mistake. The option is working if "toggle retiming keys" is turned on. image

But if it's not it still deletes the strip.

  1. loading source file from n panel in the .blend I aploaded for demo indeed resets the end values and allows for the content to appear, however I tried the same…

I tried with both 3.5.1 just now (see screenshot attatched) and 4.0.0 Alpha as well both giving same faulty result.
