Assign shortcuts: add support for enum menus

@HooglyBoogly Hi, I installed the official version 4.1 and found that some menus are still unavailable. For example, Make Local and Set Origin.

I think the error only occurs if the menus are different. Maybe I'm wrong and this is by design.

The interface fonts in Blender 4.0 look thinner and not as clear as 3.6

@ThomasDinges I find that 4.1 seems more user-friendly, with slightly wider character spacing. thanks
