Thanks, Ill keep an eye on that when I am rendering. Its still strange because the image I render only takes 500mb to render. Thanks for you help.

I have run 5 tests all with different times, it looks like each time it takes 1 minutes more, then it runs out of memory then the final time is 50 seconds (like I would acpect.

Got it, your second remark seems to give some light on the issue. In the Preferences\System, I have both CUDA and OptiX turned on for my GPU. If I turn off OptiX, I get consistant render times…

3D Print toolbox, deselection an object still allows to do an export, but the file is broken

That is not needed, I have a workaround, that prevents me from making this mistake. Thanks for the fix
