UI is not refreshed after copying modifier using Outliner

This was a freshly downloaded Blender 4.3.0. Loading factory settings doesn't help.

I should point out that this only happens when dragging the individual modifier. When dragging the "Modifiers"…

Minor correction

I rewrote the description for this overlay since it was not very clear, not to mention incorrect. (X-Ray is not needed to select occluded geometry - you can just increase the Retopology Offset.)
