[Suggestion] Fix for the Problem with Toggle IK/FK Poles #154

Operating system: Windows 11

Blender Version: 3.6.13
CloudRig Version: 3.0.3.1

I created a character. I constantly had problems with the change in the FK/IK switch thigh and upper arm. The poles were not calculated correctly. I found a way, that the calculation is always correct. There are only small inaccuracies due to the number format which blender used.

I also had the same problem with my finger. I fixed that too.

I mainly changed the CLOUDRIG_OT_ikfk_bake class
