Description:
Parent switching on an FK Chain bone with "Duplicate first FK" turned on only works for the child control and not the parent control. Additionally, the child control is no longer parented to the parent control.

Exact steps to reproduce the error
In the provided blend file, I have Duplicate first FK and parent switching enabled on the "cap" bone. In the generated rig, the child control for the "cap" no longer follows its parent control. The parent control is also ignored by parent switching.
