I prepared a subset of my project file. the RAR file is 315MB. It crashes the blender every time you start rendering the animation, from the 4-5 frames, Blender is just gone!
I found the issue. it was a single object in my entire file that caused that crash. I will try to isolate that object and will send it here. will make sure it crash the Blender renderer.
resaved it and retry to render. still failing after couple of frames.

Adding another point, because each blender file gives different IDs to the same object, we can't use the previous blender file caching, so we need to compute and bake it anyway.
