First selected object in Outliner is active one, while it is the last selected one that becomes active in 3DView

My expectation would be that the last selected element is the Active one, which is not the case with Shift clicking.

Drawing single pixels (pixelart) in Image Paint Mode is impossible

With Anti-Aliasing disabled and the custom Falloff it's only possible to draw single pixels but continuous drawing of curves/lines is not possible as many of the pixels are skipped.
