Thomas Wilshaw f79425fe82 Fix #116988: TIFF ignores compression type None 
When saving an image as TIFF with compression type None, explicitly set
the OIIO ImageSpec attribute "compression" to "none" as well.

Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline-modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing, motion tracking and video editing.
