Traceback error trying to import animated FBX

Have this problem ever been touch?

Blender 4.0 and still occurred to me with this file

FBX are not supported !

@TimurAriman Sorry to dig this old issue. But I would like to ask, are there any reason blender must not allowed to import fbx ascii?

I have seen there is still fbx ascii 7400 (from maya 2018)…
