Germano Cavalcante c7f1ad1058 Fix #107474: Proportional Size not saved when canceling the operation 
cc623ee7b0 did not consider some implications such as the habit of
users initiating transform operations just to change the size of the
Proportional Edit.

Therefore, partially revert the cc623ee7b0.
