Separate unit feature in scene properties units section can't separate unit to feet with inches,it separates to feet with thou

Basically i reported this bug because in one file it shows feet with thou and elsewhere it shows feet with inches while in feet units mode image

most often used units are feet with inches and there is no way to set units to separate to ft with inches,now it sets to feet with thou,in previous build i remember it could separate to feet…
