Fix T82423: Replace duplicate name in keymap

The two entries `TFM_MODAL_AUTOCONSTRAINT` and
`TFM_MODAL_AUTOCONSTRAINTPLANE` had the same name
displayed in the UI. The latter is now includes
"plane" in it's name.
