This is the conventional way of dealing with unused arguments in C++,
since it works on all compilers.
Regex find and replace: `UNUSED\((\w+)\)` -> `/*$1*/`
This is only part of the experimental "Full Frame" mode (disabled
by default). See T88150.
Currently the viewer node uses buffer paddings to display image offset
in the backdrop as a temporal solution implemented for {D12466}.
This solution is inefficient memory and performance-wise. Another
issue is that the paddings are part the image when saved.
This patch instead sets the offset in the Viewer node image
as variables and makes the backdrop take it into account
when drawing the image or any related gizmo.

The Viewer marked the gpu texture to be out of date. But it should have used
the mark_full_update as the gpu textures
are only used by the render/draw engines.
The image/node editor uses the image engine that have its own GPU textures.
Use a shorter/simpler license convention, stops the header taking so
much space.

Previously, `ImageTile->ok` and `ImageUser->ok` were used to indicate
whether an image failed to load. There were three possible values
which (probably) had the following meanings:
* `0`: There was an error while loading the image. Don't try to load again.
* `1`: Default value. Try to load the image.
* `2`: The image was loaded successfully.
This image-wide flag did not make sense unfortunately, because loading
may work for some frames of an image sequence but not for others.
Remember than an image data block can also contain a movie.
The purpose of the `->ok` flag was to serve as an optimization to avoid
trying to load a file over and over again when there is an error (e.g. the
file does not exist or is invalid). To get the optimization back, the patch
is changing `MovieCache` so that it can also cache failed load attempts.
As a consequence, `ibuf` is allowed to be `NULL` in a few more places.
I added the appropriate null checks.
This also solves issues when image sequences are used with the
Image Texture node in Geometry nodes (also see D12827).

This commit adds functionality for operations that require pixel
translation or resizing on "Full Frame" mode, allowing to adjust
their canvas. It fixes most cropping issues in translate, scale,
rotate and transform nodes by adjusting their canvas to the result,
instead of the input canvas.
Operations output buffer is still always on (0,0) position for
easier image algorithm implementation, even when the
canvas is not.
Current limitations (will be addressed on bcon2):
- Displayed translation in Viewer node is limited to 6000px.
- When scaling up the canvas size is limited to the
scene resolution size x 1.5 . From that point it crops.
If none of these limitations are hit, the Viewer node displays
the full input with any translation.

source or an empty one.
Render methods expect an output buffer with size, only render
operations with resolution.
Adds full frame implementation to this node operation.

Currently viewers and previews only display node trees that have at least one node with fixed resolution size. When all inputs are generated, nothing is displayed in most cases (RGB Node is displayed as a single pixel on previews). By generated I mean inputs not having resolution on their own, they create content dynamically given an output resolution.
This patch adds support for those cases by using an appropriate preferred resolution on Viewers/Previews which propagates to generated inputs as output resolution. Now:
- Viewers will display generated inputs with scene render resolution.
- Previews will display them with scene aspect ratio.
This is consistent with final render result and respects relative space.
The benefit for the user is being able to compose images without any input source. For example for creating mask images or simple backgrounds.
