0cb264a282 Cleanup: pass 'rctf' rectangle to 2D box drawing functions
Passing 4x arguments for the rectangle,
mixed in with round-box radius & color wasn't very readable.

Instead, pass a `rctf` as the first argument to UI box drawing functions.

2d6a69ae4e Asset System: New Asset Browser editor
This introduces the User Interface part of the Asset Browser, based on the
design in T54642.

Additions:
* New Asset Browser (internally a sub-editor of the File Browser).
* Navigation region showing asset categories.
* Main region showing the assets of the selected asset library with previews.
  The assets may be stored over multiple .blends in the directory that's
  "mounted" as asset library in the Preferences. They will all be shown in this
  list.
* Header with an asset library dropdown, allowing to choose the active asset
  library to show. Options are the "Current File" as asset library and all
  custom libraries.
* Display popover, filter popover and search box (partially dummies, see
  T82680).
* Sidebar showing the metadata of the currently active file (name, preview,
  description and tags), which can be edited for assets in the "Current File"
  asset library. (For others it will reset on reload.)
* The sidebar includes a button to load a custom preview image from a file.
* Make asset files draggable (with preview image).
* If a library with invalid path is selected, a message is drawn in the main
  region to help the user understand what's wrong.
* Operators to add and remove asset tags. Exposed in the sidebar.
* "Only Assets" option for Link/Append.
* Internal utilities for asset UI scripts.

Note that there are many things to be tweaked and polished in the Asset Browser
UI still. For example, the filter and display popovers are mostly dummies. See
T82680.

349eebd7d1 UI Code Quality: Use LISTBASE_FOREACH in interface directory
I only skipped a few loops in the monstrous ui_handle_menu_event
function. Also, I only changed variable names where necessary to
prevent redeclarations.

68e341e9d5 UI: remove non-unicode font and simplify default font loading code
There is no need to have another font embedded in the Blender executable, we
can assume the bundled font exists. In the future we may provide a fallback
if the font specified by the user in the preferences is missing a character,
but that can use our bundled international font.

9070999c21 UI: always use international font
This means Blender can display more text correctly without having to enable
user interface translation. Previously the quality of the font was lower,
but that has been fixed now.

The font files have now been ungzipped, which results in faster file loading
as Freetype can read only the parts of the file that it needs. Blender download
size should not increase since the release package is compressed.

This includes improvements for Cyrillic characters from the latest DejaVu
Sans fonts from D6960, contributed by Harley Acheson. Fixes T74097.

65ec7ec524 Cleanup: remove redundant, invalid info from headers
BF-admins agree to remove header information that isn't useful,
to reduce noise.

- BEGIN/END license blocks

  Developers should add non license comments as separate comment blocks.
  No need for separator text.

- Contributors

  This is often invalid, outdated or misleading
  especially when splitting files.

  It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.

54a4c1cf35 UI: refactor layout vars out of uiFontStyle
Word wrap and alignment layout args only used by UI_fontstyle_draw
were vars in uiFontStyle.
These were written to before drawing, so better pass as an argument.

Pass uiFontStyle & uiWidgetColors as const args.

a8c545e61e UI: Fix white shadow when resetting to defaults.
Resetting the theme to default would set the shadow brightness to 1.0f,
which was used as emboss when we used dark text on brighter backgrounds.
Now that we use white labels, bright shadows just makes all text fuzzy.

d90eb35662 UI: tweak vertical centering of text in buttons.
This effectively moves up the text by one pixel to make it look more
centered in the button and relative to the icon.

34029fc71a UI: disable new text hinting from D3201 by default for now.
This changes the text hinting setting to be an enum with options
Auto / None / Slight / Full. The default is Auto which currently disables
hinting.

The hinting was tested with a new FreeType version, but this is not what
is used on the buildbots an official release environment, and the fonts
look quite bad because of that. Once FreeType has been upgraded we can
change the default.

Even then the results are not ideal, perhaps due to missing subpixel
positioning and linear color blending support in BLF.

f69678482c OpenGL: refactor UI_draw_roundbox functions
Each function takes a bool (filled vs outline) and a color. We already had multiple ways of passing color in; these are still here. Special variant for anti-aliasing.

- took GLenum out of interface
- removed UI_RB_ALPHA flag (only one place really used it)
- use exact vertex count
- removed redundant state changes (BLEND, LINE_SMOOTH)

e6a413b1ec UI: word-wrap for tooltips, broke text alignment
This wasn't visible with default settings,
but caused problems w/ pie-menu's & manually adjusted theme font-size.

Now only draw from the bound-box top w/ word-wrap enabled.

- moved & split `BLF_translation.h` into (`BLT_translation.h`, `BLT_lang.h`).
