71f9397541 Fixes #28599: Wrong re-assigning of layers in RenderLayer comp nodes when deleting a render layer.
Also added the check of comp nodetree of all scenes, as others might also use that scene in their compositing!

0e01fa4863 patch [#28355] Better Environment Map scripting
from Tom Edwards (artfunkel), with minor edits.

This patch makes the following improvements to environment map scripting:

* Adds a "is_valid" RNA property to envmaps. True if the map is ready for use, False if it needs rendering.
* Adds a "clear" RNA function to envmaps. Deletes any envmap image data.
* Adds a "save" RNA function to envmaps. Writes the envmap to disc with a configurable layout. (Defaults to the current hard-coded layout.)
* Updates bpy.ops.texture.envmap_save with configurable layout support as above.

These changes, particularly configurable layouts, make exporting envmaps to other software much easier.

- add BKE_write_ibuf_stamp() since saving environment maps & screen shots shouldn't have stamp.

1728c20a63 Fixes related to using Library files:
- Assigning local materials to library objects disabled
  (crashes on undo/redo cases)
- Disabling options in Material buttons to add/remove slots
  on library data
- Drawing Object ID template in Object properties, this
  allows browse active Object, but especially shows library
  status then.

6f5f4283fd Fix #26781: Assigning multiple Materials to Text seems not to work correctly
Problems was in 0-based numbering vs. 1-based. Fonts are getting converted to
displists when they're displaying and here base conversion happens, so no need
in conversion when assigning material to selected text.

This makes indices more inconsistant, but saves compatibility in both of
directions. Maybe in further releases we'll make indices consistent.

7eb51a012b Some more fixes for particle textures:
* Moving a texture slot didn't keep the moved slot active.
* Copy & paste for particle textures didn't work.
* New textures weren't freed properly.

8f21a43535 split BKE_utildefines.h, now it only has blender specific defines like GS() MAKE_ID, FILE_MAXDIR, moved the generic defines to BLI_utildefines.h.
no functional changes.

b110c7c8f2 Dependency graph: changed DAG_id_flush_update to DAG_id_tag_update. Now it
only tags the ID and does the actual flush/update delayed, before the next
redraw. For objects the update was already delayed, just flushing wasn't
yet.

This should help performance in python and animation editors, by making 
calls to RNA property update quicker. Still need to add calls in a few
places where this was previously avoided due to bad performance.

cd97253502 - added GCC warning -Wstrict-prototypes
- fixed bug in paste material, exposed by stricter warnings.
- removed/renamed various shadowed vars.
- removed BGE lamp.colour, only allow lamp.color attribute.

4d37cf90b9 remove G.sce, use G.main->name instead.
Both stored the filename of the blend file, but G.sce stored the last opened file.
This will make blender act differently in some cases since a relative path to the last opened file will no longer resolve (which is correct IMHO since that file isnt open and the path might not even be valid anymore).

Tested linking with durian files and rendering to relative paths when no files is loaded however we may need to have some operators give an error if they are used on the default startup.blend.

8268a4be71 most unused arg warnings corrected.
- removed deprecated bitmap arg from IMB_allocImBuf (plugins will need updating).
- mostly tagged UNUSED() since some of these functions look like they may need to have the arguments used later.

1807beabf5 - UNUSED macro wasn't throwing an error with GCC if a var become used.
- made interface, windowmanager, readfile build without unused warnings.
- re-arranged CMake's source/blender build order so less changed libs are build later, eg: IK, avi

cc0f3146e7 Shapekeys for curves/surfeces
Fix #21498: Edit curve Shape key /252_r 27318

Added full support of shape keys for curves and nurbs surfaces including
topology changing in edit mode, undo stuff, updating relative keys when
working under basis and so on.

51fd10a1b5 adding image strips wasnt working, use the 'directory' component of the file selector rather then the full 'filepath' to fix this.
added flags for filename/filepath/directory args to WM_operator_properties_filesel().

6cc6f8495f - added a flag argument to WM_operator_properties_filesel() currently only used for relative path option.
- added relative option to saving external multires data
- renamed multires external functiosn to have save / pack as suffix.
- added TODO's for file select operators that should support relative paths but dont.

- also disable openmp on linux cross compile, mingw currently isnt linking -lgomp

9084df418d Warning cleanup
While I was looking in outliner.c, made some changes to let extra passes display
there such as environment (commented out before due to a previous limitation).

Also changed outliner object visbility/selectability/renderability toggles to use 
RNA buttons so you can insert keyframes with RMB menu etc.

be6d0ca63b Fix #21166: changing image file path does not update texture preview. I've
made it regenerate previews and icons now for this case. Depsgraph for all
datablocks could solve this much nicer..

69a7060678 Restored Environment maps
* Fixed up RNA and UI
* Brought back 'Save' and 'Clear' operators (in the little triangle menu in 
environment map properties)
* While I was at it, noticed that environment maps were only using 8bit 
colour, changed it to use full 32bit float instead for proper HDR colour etc,
so environment map reflections have the correct colour range

This fixes [#20904] Environment Map does not render; also missing panel
