Summary:
Version of those libraries might be useful to know.
- OIIO and OCIO is exposed via bpy.app.oiio and bpy.app.ocio.
There're "supported", "version" and "version_string" defined
in those modules.
- OSL is available as _cycles.osl_version and _cycles.osl_version_string.

Additional changes:
* Fix for recent changes of BKE_* function renaming.
* Fix for an "attempt to free NULL pointer" in BlenderStrokeRenderer::RenderStrokeRepBasic().
corrently allows to create and loop over verts/edges/faces, access selection and selection modes.
this is still WIP, access to face, edge verts is still missing, no access to UV's, no access to editing operations yet.
When the api is ready it will be documented by sphinx like mathutils, blf, aud.
The rendering device is now set in User Preferences > System, where you can
choose between OpenCL/CUDA and devices. Per scene you can then still choose
to use CPU or GPU rendering.
Load balancing still needs to be improved, now it just splits the entire
render in two, that will be done in a separate commit.

Additional changes:
* source/blender/makesrna/intern/rna_linestyle.c: Fixed white
space issues that generated a number of compiler errors. The
problem was that two string literals for enumerating MA_RAMP_SOFT
and MA_RAMP_LINEAR contained a space. The string literals are
supposed to represent a valid C identifier because of their use
for automatic code generation.
* Stroke transparency has been temporarily disabled due to a
functionality conflict with some merged changes. A fix of this
issue is planned.
- Make gettext stuff draw-time. so switching between languages
can happens without restart now.
- Added option to translate visible interface (menus, buttons, labels)
and tooltips. Now it's possible to have english UI and localized tooltips.
- Clean-up sources, do not use gettext stuff for things which can be
collected with RNA.
- Fix issues with windows 64bit and ru_RU locale on my desktop
(it was codepage issue).
- Added operator "Get Messages" which generates new text block with
with all strings collected from RNA.
- Changed script for updating blender.pot so now it appends
messages collected from rna to automatically gathered messages.
To update .pot you have to re-generate messages.txt using "Get Messages"
operator and then run update_pot script.
- Clean up old translation stuff which wasn't used and most probably
wouldn't be used.
- Return back "International Fonts" option, so if it's disabled, no
gettext lookups happens on draw.
- Merged read_homefile function back. No need in splitting it.
TODO:
- Custom fonts and font size.
Current font isn't nice at least for russian locale, it's
difficult to read it.
- Put references to messages.txt so gettext can merge translation when
name/description of some property changes.

shader = gpu.export_shader(scene,material)
Returns the GLSL shader that blender generates to produce the visual effect
of material in scene for the purpose of reusing the shader in an external engine.
This function is meant to be used in a material exporter so that the GLSL
shader can be exported entirely. The return value is a dictionary containing the
shader source code and all associated data.
The full documentation is under sphinx.
Warning: there has been an API between the patch and this commit:
uniform['lamp'] and uniform['image'] now return python reference to
ID block instead of ID name as before. The X3D exporter that uses this
function must be adapted.
