Issue was exposed by recent own rB03bf84db86b commit, but was actually
present in RNA API for PointCaches since (probably) ages: whole accessor
code here was assuming that owner ID was an Object, when it is actually
a scene for RigidBody simulations...
Had also to make `BKE_ptcache_id_find()` and friends a bit more
flexible, now they also accept a NULL object pointer parameter...
i18n code does not work from threads on some plaforms, so it is disabled
in Blender when called from non-main thread.
Means that we have to go to a slightly different approach, with dirty
tag and generating string on request for UI.
Note: Also had to update the `info` string size, to fit with expensive
asiatic scripts in utf-8... Using mem for that kind of runtime data is
not really nice, but for now it will have to do.
Update the default init step values to be the same for all caches.
This is actually a small hack as these values are not used on the
creation of the first cache. But the default init value is 1, so this
will not be noticeable anymore.

Cheap tip: anything that is not "Camel Case" and/or that is more than
a few words long should use `TIP_` translation, not `IFACE_` one.
Also added several missing strings (including the one reported in D5056
by Jean First (@robbott), thanks).
Make sure we don't reallocate arrays in the pointcache when not needed, the
size of a memory allocation can be slightly bigger than the requested size.
Also, use consistent check for shared cached in copy and free functions.
BF-admins agree to remove header information that isn't useful,
to reduce noise.

especially when splitting files.
It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.
See P901 for script to perform these edits.
Not only were those often making doublons with already existing
BLI_math's stuff, but they were also used to hide implicit type
conversions...
As usual this adds some more exotic inlined vector functions (one of
the rare cases where I really miss C++ and its templates... ;) ).
There were at least three copies of those:
- OB_RECALC* family of flags, which are rudiment of an old
dependency graph system.
- PSYS_RECALC* which were used by old dependency graph system
as a separate set since the graph itself did not handle
particle systems.
- DEG_TAG_* which was used to tag IDs.
Now there is a single set, which defines what can be tagged
and queried for an update. It also has some aggregate flags
to make queries simpler.
Lets once and for all solve the madness of those flags, stick
to a single set, which will not overlap with anything or require
any extra conversion.
Technically, shouldn't be measurable user difference, but some
of the agregate flags for few dependency graph components did
change.
Fixes T58632: Particle don't update rotation settings
That kind of implicit includes should really only be done when totally,
absolutely necessary, and ideally only with rather simple 'second-level'
headers.
Otherwise not being explicit with includes always end up biting in
unexpected ways...
This is the same approach as 98a0bcd425
applied to soft body simulation. In short, CoW copies share the point cache,
and treat it as read-only except when the depsgraph is active.
To prevent the pointcache from being copied-on-write too (and requiring
copying back), the cache is now shared between the original and
evaluated scenes. Reading from the cache is always allowed; running the
sim and writing to the cache is only allowed when the depsgraph is
active.
Some pointers have moved from RigidBodyWorld (RBO) to
RigidBodyWorldShared (RBOS). writefile.c copies some pointers back from
RBOS to RBO so that the file can still be opened on older Blenders
without crashing on a segfault.
The RigidBodyWorldShared struct is written to the blend file, because it
refers to the PointCache ID block.
The RigidObjectShared struct is runtime-only, and thus not saved to the
blend file.
An RNA getter-function is used to hide the new 'shared' pointer. As a
result the Python API hasn't changed.

Note that due to RNA get/setters issue, that one may actually add some
G.main usages to the total... But at least it's not hidden anymore in a
very low-level, dark corner of BKE pointcache code!
