* Added BKE_dynamicpaint.h to CMake list.
* Changed some unsigned integers back to signed, as OpenMP can't iterate unsigned values anyway.

e03fdd8112 Second attempt at getting rid of bsystem_time()
Hopefully this fixes Collada. Can't really compile that to check
here...

723484ec06 Removed old "bsystem_time()" function, which by now is just a
duplicate of BKE_curframe() which just takes two extra args.

For the few calls in the physics engine where CFRA+1 instead of CFRA
was being used, I've added a new BKE_nextframe() call, which will
calculate for CFRA+1 instead of CFRA in much the same way that
bsystem_time() would end up doing things (which means including
subframe steps).

440c1c2c17 As discussed on the mailing list, removing the non-functional,
incompatible, and unmaintainable Time Offset cruft.

- Slow Parenting lives another day (just), although it now carries
appropriate cautionary disclaimers. It's only really for the Game
Engine nowadays, as that's the only place where it can possibly work
with any reliability.
- "Animation Hacks" panel is now "Relations Extras". I could've merged
the two panels, though I figured these options weren't that frequently
used to justify taking up screen-space by default along with the panel

ef218c75ed - add convenience functions BLI_split_dir_part / BLI_split_file_part, which just call BLI_split_dirfile().
- add a fixed value for bprogdir (the dir of bprogname), since it was being used for resource lookups.

317b649bb2 fix for buffer overrun with BLI_split_dirfile(...), was simple to do since many places don't check for filename lengyj of 79 chars which is the limit for the file selector.
Add max dir and file length args.

b3704f45c4 Fixes for snprintf usage:
* replace by BLI_snprintf in various places, note _snprintf on windows
  does not properly null terminate the string.
* fix overflow in sequencer proxy code due to buffer being smaller than
  specified size.
* fix some usage of snprintf as strcpy, this is will go wrong if the
  string contains % characters.
* remove BLI_dynstr_printf function in gpu module, use BLI_dynstr_appendf

* Added option to preview surface wetmap instead of paint.
* Changed default paint color to blue for better visibility.
* Fix: Random sized particles didn't work anymore.
* Fix: Particle initial velocity issues when using canvas substeps and a particle brush.

f8f1cbd17f Dynamic Paint:
* Canvas and brush can be now enabled simultaneously. This way it's possible for two canvases to interact.
* Added basic anti-aliasing support for vertex surfaces.
* 3D-view color preview now works even when there's subsurf modifier after Dynamic Paint in modifier stack.
* Added a new brush option to use proximity from object center.
* Default surface frame range now use scene's start and end values.
* Improved ray checks for volume brushes.
* Added new "non-closed" option for volume brushes. This way it's possible to use planar meshes as "volume" brushes with predefined ray direction.
* New carrot branch splash image by CGEffex.
* Improved brush affection code.
* Lots of smaller improvements.
* Fixed: Weight paint didn't work with particles.
* Fixed: Point cache didn't work for non-wave surfaces anymore since last commit.

35965308a8 Fix for [#27579] Particles Cache Problem
* Horrors from the ancient world of deprecated code: object animation offset can't really work correctly with particles unless point cache takes full control of particle system timing.
* Disabled the non-working offset control from effecting particles so that for now particles will work consistently and the offset is only applied to the object.

3de22dec26 Dynamic Paint:
Committed changes from previous weeks, biggest changes are:
* Canvas can now have multiple "surfaces" that each can have specific format, type and settings.
* Renewed UI to support this new system.
* Aside from old "image sequence" output format, Dynamic Paint can now work on vertex level as well. Currently vertex paint and displace are supported.
* Integrated vertex level painting with Point Cache.
* Added viewport preview for Point Cache surfaces.

Due to massive amount of changes, old Dynamic Paint saves are no longer supported. Also some features are temporarily missing or may not work properly.

d6d2f09dd9 quiet some clang warnings & fix for bugs in exceptional cases.
- ghost C api, BLI_get_folder_version() could assign garbage values.
- pointcache ptcache_find_frames_around() had a superfluous NULL check which would have crashed anyway if actually NULL.

bc97f88576 Better progress info for physics baking:
* Using the job system for physics baking is not yet in the near future, so here's some good old console based progress info to all point cache based physics baking.
* The info contains current total bake time, baking time for the current frame, and a simple estimate of completion time.
* The info is only shown if the estimated total time for the bake is higher than one minute, so quick bakes don't suffer any performance hits due to console printing.

59f1640ae5 warning cleanup.
- fix mistake with grease pencil UI (&& was intended but & used).
- use (void) rather then () across _all_ blenders code.
- a few minor edits, don't shadow stack variables in roll calculation & avoid running memset() for VBO vertex map.

867fc4b463 enforce string limits (reported by pedantic checking tools & some developers).
mostly replace strcpy with BLI_strncpy and multiple strcat's with a BLI_snprintf().
also fix possible crash if CWD isnt available.

5af9e5fda9 - resource leak in pointcache, opendir without closedir()
- reading pointcache was using an incorrect, always NULL variable.
- commented NDof code, was giving warnings and isnt used now.
